TUTTIfrutti
TUTTIfrutti stands as a collection of visual installations encompassing posters, billboards, and animated graphics, dedicated to championing self-awareness and emotional intelligence as pivotal instruments for mental well-being and social sensitivity.
Inspired by the impactful posters of Mark Titchner, notably the compelling "PLEASE BELIEVE THESE DAYS WILL PASS" during the April 2020 Covid-19 emergency, this project was conceived as a personal response.
The project's message unravels through the metaphorical connection between fruit peel and human skin. Through a strategic zoom-in and the evocation of an inner voice struggling to surface, the narrative serves as an invitation to decelerate. It encourages a mindful awareness, prompting individuals to not only attend to their thoughts and emotions but also to extend that consideration to the experiences of others in the shared tapestry of humanity.
“I really like the idea of people coming across it and not knowing what it is. It’s not framed as a piece of art, so is it a protest poster? Is it an advert for an evangelical church? For me, it’s just part of the fabric of this shared space.”
